WHAT DO OUR VITAMIN SHOTS CONTAIN?

Our shots include:

The Vitamin Shot Process

  1. Before the procedure, meet with Karen, our qualified registered nurse and nutritionist, to discuss your needs and ensure you’re comfortable.
  2. To prepare for the shot, the injection site—usually the upper arm, thigh, or gluteal muscle—is sanitised with a cleansing wipe to ensure cleanliness and reduce the risk of infection.
  3. For the injection itself, a fine needle is used to administer the vitamin shot intramuscularly or subcutaneously, depending on the type of shot selected.
  4. After the injection, gentle pressure is applied to the site, and a small dressing may be used if necessary to ensure your comfort.
  5. Once the process is complete, you’ll receive aftercare advice from Karen to help you feel supported and ensure the best results from your vitamin shot.
