Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment and we appreciate notice in advance when that happens.

We require a deposit for all appointments. We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice before cancelling your appointment. If your cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance, you will forfeit your package or deposit.
